That was an action-packed day! On Friday morning, the entire NEXT team met for the semi-annual “Allhandsday”, where we discussed important topics of strategy and culture together and this time even welcomed 12 new colleagues personally to the startupfamily! And as if made for us, we not only had good temperatures in the afternoon, but also bright sunshine to celebrate our Summerparty

Great review of the prostep ivip symposium

Two intense and successful days at the prostepivip symposium in Stuttgart with exciting talks and contacts! We are especially happy about the first pitch of our youngest startup nextMO 🎉 Our colleagues Marcus Goerke and Dr. Masud Fazal-Baqaie had the chance to present 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 under the moderation of Susanne Schöne. Marcus Goerke

CO-FOUNDER, CFO

Marcus Goerke is a Co-founder of NEXT Data Service AG and holds a graduate degree in business administration with a focus on business informatics. With a total of 18 years of international management consulting in leading positions at PwC, ZLU, UNITY and another 8 years of business area experience, his areas of focus include strategy, business development, marketing, sales management, finance and team development. With this expertise, he drives sale, secures finances and develops internationalization at NEXT.

Dr. Sebastian Busse

Co-Founder

Dr. Sebastian Busse is a Co-founder of NEXT Data Service AG and and with his clever mind, he is responsible for many of our professional concepts, customer solutions and strategies. As a business IT specialist and long-time team leader for digital transformation at the management consultancy UNITY, he handles our operational business as COO. Sebastian leads and develops the data coaching teams who are our agile project managers and the indispensable link between customers and development.

Masud Fazal-Baqaie

Head of Data-Driven Consulting

Dr. Masud Fazal-Baqaie is a dynamic leader who oversees the consulting business of NEXT Data Service AG with remarkable expertise. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has amassed a wealth of experience through his diverse roles in IT, digitalization, and industrial research projects. He has successfully executed projects spanning multiple domains and worked with organizations of all sizes. He is highly skilled at navigating and communicating across the business, developer, and data scientist communities, adeptly resolving obstacles, and implementing innovative structural improvements.
