That was an action-packed day! On Friday morning, the entire NEXT team met for the semi-annual „Allhandsday“, where we discussed important topics of strategy and culture together and this time even welcomed 12 new colleagues personally to the startupfamily! And as if made for us, we not only had good temperatures in the afternoon, but also bright sunshine to celebrate our Summerparty at the swimming lake in Jungfernheide ☀️🌴 Here the whole Berlin branch (consisting of colleagues from NEXT, UNITY, nextOR and the Mineral Waste Manager) had fun with beach volleyball, wakeboarding, swimming and good #networking and the evening ended with delicious food, music and good mood.
